Upon receiving a formal request, along with the required statutory documentation and approvals subsequent to contract finalization for the desired business service, our meticulous selection process unfolds through the following stages.

Resume Screening /
Skill Set

We initiate the process by advertising job openings in print and electronic media, setting response timelines. Simultaneously, we scour job portals, our company database, and engage in headhunting activities.
Upon receiving responses, we conduct an initial screening of CVs to assess profile fitment, eligibility, and educational experience.

Profiling

After Stage 1, shortlisted candidates will undergo a preliminary interview conducted by our HR team. In Stage 2, a telephonic interview will be conducted, assessing basic competency, language skills, age, gender, personality, and presentation skills.

Analytical Test

During this stage, candidates will participate in a fundamental skills evaluation, encompassing PC proficiency, internet familiarity, communication acumen, and business correspondence tailored to the Client’s specified positions.
All candidates must achieve satisfactory scores on the aptitude test, ensuring a comprehensive verification of minimum skills in comprehension, mathematics, IQ, and general knowledge aligned with the Client’s position requirements.

Functional Interview (Process/role specific)

Our designated Project Manager overseeing business services conducts specialized interviews for shortlisted candidates post Stage 3. During these sessions, candidates receive detailed explanations of the specific roles and responsibilities. The assessment focuses on evaluating candidates’ stability, attitude, composure, and confidence to ensure a precise match with profile requirements.

Final Interview

All candidates who have been screened, filtered, and interviewed will proceed to the final interview stage. This session will be conducted by client representatives participating in the recruitment process.

Offer Letter/Induction

Following the final interview, selected candidates will receive an Offer Letter from the Client. Pratyaksha HR Solutions conducts an initial induction to clarify employment contract terms, fulfill joining requirements, and initiate HR formalities.

Attestation of Documents

We handle diverse certificate attestation needs, including university verification, state or central human resource development (HRD), ministry of external affairs (MEA), and embassy or consulate attestation. Our services cover educational and non-educational certificates, adapting to various parameters as needed.

Visa Processing

Emigration & Ticketing

Employers can provide PTA, or we can coordinate ticket arrangements with airlines. We secure emigration clearance from the relevant government department for candidates prior to their departure.
